Roland M-480 -- Onboard "Help" file
(1/1)
Mark Galpin:
I am looking for a file copy of the onboard 'Help' file that is accessible directly on the M-480 console.
Does anyone know if this is available?

Isn’t the REAC protocol a bit fiddly? Last I heard people are trying to get rid of this platform. Did you actually buy this or you inherited it elsewhere?

Church sound guy here. For some reason, our Roland M-48's aren't working properly today in a weird way. Everything is routed properly at the board (DigiCo SD9) and in the routing software. Even event the signal lights on the M-48's are all lighting up. But some channels just aren't outputting any signal.

This system has been in use at a House of Worship for a while. No idea how long. I started sitting at the console for live services a few months ago. All working fine! This is my first introduction to the M-480. I have a good ear, but only minor previous experience with analog systems.
