There have been no changes for a couple of days. The change that worked was banning the 5 unique email domains they were all using. Since then nothing has been banned.

Hi Mac.
Over the last 2 days, on 2 computers I have been "banned" 7 or 8 times now.
I'm on Firefox usually, but trying Chrome at the moment.
Sometimes it bans me as I open the web site, other times, and I'm changing forums it blocks me.
I'd really like to sort out if it's me or the forum.  As it's on 2 machines here, in 2 different locations, and 2 different ISP, I strongly suspect it's the forum.

Best, Chris.

Since it's done it to me too, it can't just be your computers. Also, I use Chrome normally.

Same, though it’s working fine for me now.

OK, just kicked me off using Chrome, so nothing to do with the browser.

My Macbook using Safari has been blocked a few times now. Windows using chrome at the office is fine. There seems to be a lot of us Canadians reporting this trouble!

if your computer is using an IP address like 108.162.242.XXX, be aware that it is a range widely used by bad actors. You  can sometimes get your system a new IP by rebooting your router and or computer.

There are a huge number of dirty IPs

I just typed 108.162.242.123 into a free spam checker I use and it confirmed that IP is dirty. https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/108.162.242.123

I notice a lot of forum traffic these days using VPNs for added security.

The IP range 108.162.242.XXX is part of a large Cloudfare ASN assignment. If you are using any of the various Cloudfare privacy services on your connection, it's possible for your traffic to be occasionally sourced from this big IP block.

This IP range is used by Cloudfare for one of their CDNs (content delivery network).

I ran a couple of tracerouts. 6 hops, 1 being my router, 2nd being my modem.
