I'm trying to post some images of the sound system. Do I need special permission to do so or is it not allowed? I'm also going to share this conversation with someone a bit more knowledgeable as a lot of what is being said I don't fully understand.

The maximum file size for an image or total images is 512kb.

What output on the mixer are you using to feed the live stream audio input?
