DB Tech IG4T and RCF NXL24a
« on: October 17, 2023, 10:35:49 PM »

Hey everyone, Im looking into the DB tech IG4T and the RCF NXL24a. They are very appealing in their size, weight and performance. Id like to hear from those of you who have them and what you experience has been compared to a point source box in the same price category. Also would be interested to know if anyone has compared the DB tech to the RCF version and if you noticed many differences? Thanks for your time.

The new NXL-24 MkII is vastly improved in HF and the wood box now has a polyuria coating like the TT lineup. It's a pro box and much improved over the previous version. The the old threads with a grain of salt. I didn't particularly like the old NXL but have a pair of the new ones on order to go with some TTS15 subs because a TTx4 was to much of that duty

In that same form factor, but with a more usable dispersion pattern and better drivers than dB Tech, check out the FBT CLA 406.2A.  Also keep lead times in mind, especially if this needs to be used soon.

We are FBT dealers if anyone is interested in the CLA's.  They are a nice sounding box.
