I too am coming to the conclusion that Furman (or their manufacturer) fabricates these fixtures along with the rest of the enclosure. The gooseneck and slide-out panels are functional for sure, but sadly don't fit the form factor I need. Radial sells a similar slide-out panel that can also do disco mode!
I think the aircraft lights are probably the closest match thus far for what I want. While I have enough exposure to aerospace pricing to not flinch, they'd be more expensive than just buying a pair of used Furmans on Reverb/eBay for parts - I only need 4 lights.
For the curious, this will be a custom 1U enclosure for FOH Apple peripherals, and due to their physical size I only have enough faceplate area for the pull-out lights (and prefer their look over the gooseneck or XLR plug-in alternatives).
