I have a friend that decided to learn Hebrew during the pandemic shutdown.  He's still learning.  From what I can tell, it's even more difficult than English to learn as an additional language.

Unfortunately, tempers can flare.  It's hard to take a breath before a bad answer comes out before you regain control.  Practice the finger (no, not THAT finger...) The index "please wait" finger.

Topic swerve.....
At my day job, I was acquainted with some of the executive admin assistants.  One of them made a little sign that read "Please wait a moment, I am on the phone."  She had to hold it up for high level execs that just walked up and started talking.  FYI she used a traditional handset, not a headset.
