Howdy !

I would like to do a 2x10 inch project with eminence kappa pro 10lf+driver 2 inch eminence psd 3006.

I want 2 pieces to put on top of 4 pieces 2x12 LAB 12. Do you think this combination is ok considering that I will tune them to 60-70 hz?

It would make noise, and if you are good at tuning, it would probably sound pretty good. But there's no way for us to know if it would fill your needs or not.

Bullwinkle: This is the amplifier, which amplifies the sound. This is the Preamplifier which, of course, amplifies the pree's.

That would make a rocking system.
I would go a little higher on the high pass for the 10's.
What horn are you going to use with the drivers?

The system will need some DSP processing tweaks.
You will need to do some delay off set for the 10's to compensate for the LAB sub horns.

I don't want to make a chimney enclosure for them, but a ventilated box with tuning 70-80 hz because I will cut the labs to 80-100hz and from here they will take kappa, but if it goes tuned higher, at what frequency would it go the best?

I would keep it closer to 80hz.
Look at under lapping the crossover between the subs and the 10's, maybe starting with
something like a 70hz low pass on the subs and a 90hz high pass on the 10's to help with
the acoustic crossover point.
Ideally you'll need to use some form of alignment software to make the timing and crossover set ups.
