TTi PSA3605

Currently have a TTI PSA3605 with "Warning FAULT CODE (1) on the screen.  It will not let me power it down. I have tried holding power button.  Is there some secret to powering it down?

I suggest looking on page 53 for the "Hard Reset" option.

If that doesn't answer your question then I suggest contacting the manufacturer.

Ironically my scanner does not say reset next to the hole.
