The TTi PSA3605 is certainly a very solid choice. It has been my go-to since I got it in 2016. I have other analyzers, but the TTi is often the quickest option and I think it's a fine instrument. My current one (I lost my first one last fall :() has the U02 option...which is not well explained anywhere. I'm still exploring some of the new features but the most noticeable one so far is the continuously variable input attenuation level. The base model has 20dB fixed steps, -40, -20, 0 and +20, IIRC.

Soundbase also imports scans from the tinisa.org and it is less than $200
