Using feedback to set amplifier/loudspeaker volume to desired SPL


As stated by this article from Hyperphysics, the feedback (Larsen effect) is very close to a 1:1 ratio, so if you tune a microphone to a certain SPL and then trigger it at a certain point, you'll get that SPL at that point.
