We have 7 Mac Tw1’s – four of which are working beautifully, but three of them the lamp won’t come on. When going through the test sequence you can hear/see it do everything else it should but there is just no light. We have tried changing the bulbs over to new bulbs and the bulbs from the working TW1’s but made no difference, any ideas what's likely to be causing this?

Have you tried the ballast?  Does it seem like it's striking but just never light?

Hi Bernadette, have you opened the fixture and checked the fuses?  The user manual will tell you exactly where to look in the unit to find them.  I'd start there and see what you find.

Hey Scott, this is a halogen fixture so no ballast, starter, or striking
