The color correction filter(s) to raise color temperature depends on the color temperature of the source- ETC Source Four Par nominal color temperature is 3250K for the bright, short life lamps, 3050K for the dim long life lamps.
A Lee 203 Quarter C.T. Blue would bring a 3050K to 5000K.
The voltage at the lamp has to be the nominal rating to achieve that color temperature- long AC runs will dim the lamp and lower color temperature.
Speaking of dim, 5000K is more "sunset" daylight, while mid-day may be closer to 5700K, requiring different correction filters.
