Yes, no problem. Must be done via standard AES50 wiring and routing. No DANTE.

Correct, with a few minor additions as per the manufacturer:
- Must be Cat5e STP
- Must use Neutrik Ethercons on each end
- Shield must be bonded to the shell on each end
- No more than 100m

However, if you haven't read the manufacturer info - ordinary RJ45 Cat 5 with no shield works fine for me up to 50m (as that is the length of the ones I have used for years. The screened, expensive one on the reel rarely gets an outing. The others are cheap enough I leave them in the theatres I work in repeatedly - just laying in the roof space. One should never discount manufacturers advice - when you know about it, I didn't!

Ugh, this just turned from a nice simple post with good clear advice into a 30 page thread arguing what will work what should work or what won't work.....

I'm glad it works for you.

Please don't EVER suggest that it is the proper way to do it. Because that particular horse has been beaten to death, revived, and beaten again. It was, in fact, members of this very community that found the problem, developed the methods to test the problem, and eventually fixed the problem.

Just use sheilded cable and bond the sheild to the powercon shell.

Which is precisely one of the reasons we are still relevant.
