Well... You remembered Chaos, and Trilogy, but forgot the one you helped develop.

What he said. Also, this is not Bolero specific. As far as I know every intercom beltpack uses that same pinout. Clear Com, RTS, ASL, Production Intercom, Reidel, and Green Go all follow that basic headset pinout.

And Telos, and Drake, and Chaos, and Trilogy, and McCurdy and . . .

Now if only we could get everyone to all agree on whether the XLR4 is a plug or a jack we'd be set!

(Assuming they aren't using XLR5s, anyway.) :)

At least with the RAD, they are modular, field replaceable, and can be easily switched between XLR4F, XLR4M or  XLR5F with just a Phillips screwdriver.

Which is, if I may say, pretty RAD...

I'll see myself out

Lookig at the manual that dosn't appear to be an issue, the headset connector appears to simply have a regular un-balanced mic input (with selectable +5V for electret mics) an a mono hedphone out. Plus there is a 3.5mm stereo line input.

https://www.cpl.tech/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Riedel-Bolero-User-Guide.pdf

Pin 1 = Microphone -
Pin 2 = Microphone + (with selectable +5V)
Pin 3 = Earphones -
Pin 4 = Earphones +

Hi

Would that be a correct wiring ?
