I think that could be the difference between Superack live vs studio?

Were you ever able to test this?

I'm looking to do a similar set up but I don't think it's possible.  I'm currently building out a new install for my church and looking to do the below:

Midas M32 / DL32 StageBox
WSG Card for Superack for FOH

I would like to then run from the WSG Network switch to another computer to have a separate DAW mix for record and broadcast.  Looking at the diagram on Waves site looks like the SG computer and DAW need to be on the same computer.  Looking at the Allen and Heath diagram you can do 2 computers because it's a dual port WSG card.

You need the Impact server.  The make a little NuC based one now.  I have the older mini ITX based one.  The delay of running Super Rack without a DSP is too high.  Other than that it works great.

I too question the need.  I watch the folks that rent it and they will use a dynamic compressor and maybe a boutique channel strip and some effects but nothing they really could not do with the onboard effects.  I just deliver what the customer wants.

Dwayne Aasberg:
Final update.

We ended up installing a full Soundgrid setup with a Proton Server, DN32-WSG card, and PC running SuperRack.  We route the SG returns to separate channels on the M32 so artists can get dry versions of themselves in their IEMs. We send the effected versions to FOH and Broadcast.  Been working pretty solid.  Great support from Waves getting things setup.

Thx for your answers to my thousand questions.
