I just picked up a used wz3 mix wizard
« on: January 13, 2022, 08:50:12 PM »

I just picked up a used wz3 mix wizard. Tested it and then flipped the input head and rack mounted it....just noticed tonight while wiring my out board gear that the first ribbon cable that connects the head to the main body( narrower ribbon on left) is pulled tight wear as the others all have slack. Is this normal?? I dont want to have an issue.

I think mine was like that as well.  As long as it doesn't come out, you are OK.

The difference being that I did this with a new unit that would have had fresh plastic with more stretch to it (although the copper inside it wouldn't).
