Cerwin Vega 21 stroker home audio sub issue

Hey Guys, I am new to the group but I am hoping for some help. I recently installed more power for my Cerwin Vega 21 stroker in my theater Room. The sub was operating fine before but now that I have reconnected it a contractor within the subwoofer enclosure keeps clicking in and out. The power is good, signal from receiver is good and sub output is on from the receiver. Any suggestions?? Thank you
