Was the dLive the only new addition or did you change speakers/amps too?

What does your instrumentation consist of?
Inputs/Outputs?
Calibrate the room..what speakers, what DSP, what genre music?
Mostly professionals or mostly volunteers?
What is your budget?

Samuel has not yet responded, but I find it curious whoever sold them the dLive didn't offer setup & tuning.

Agreed, I am perplexed as well. No response via PM either. Maybe installer decided to come back?

I wonder if they just went catalog shopping, read a few reviews and figured a D Live would take care of all their audio issues, added to the shopping cart and pulled out the credit card.

A few days latter a big box is delivered at the front door.
