The way I read it, you are asking if you can go in ch1 of the dbx266 and come out of ch1 AND ch2 for each output. You can not do this. At least the 266 doesn't do this. It's two discreet channels and they don't combine in any way for the SIGNAL going through it.

You can have ch1's signal trigger the compression for ch2, but the signal going through ch1 does not show up at the output of ch2.

There are a few rack mount mixers available that can take the place of the yamaha and still give you the ability to send two mixes to different places. Don't over think it.
