Jose, Tim is usually correct when pointing out things like this but the "bridge" symbol shows as the OUTPUT MODE icon no matter what mode is selected.
The CDi series would be showing a single channel if set to Bridge mode. 
This is a two channel amp set to a two channel mode.

Guess I should have loaded the amp profile in Audio Architect and took a look...

At this point, without having the amp in front of me, I'm not sure where to point.  A call to Crown would be in order.
