IS there any companies hopefully in the Mid-East area that fixes Venue FOH racks?

You or any other competent tech should be able to fix it.  The things that fail are pretty much stock (for 10 years ago) computer parts.  About the only thing you can't get anymore (or wouldn't want to buy used) is the motherboard.

Memory, hard drives, and ribbon cables that need re-seating are the most common failure modes.
