Write protecting a master scene
« on: August 09, 2021, 12:52:32 PM »

We went to using an SQ-7 a couple months ago-and so far haven't found many limitations (admittedly-I'm a big limit) on what we can do-but there is one thing I can't find a way to do.  I have most everyone trained to recall the "Main Service" scene before every service.  I have limited the operator login from modifying scenes in order to control this scene.  I would like for other operators to be able to save a scene-say a pre-service mic check for a group, but do not want the "Main Service" scene ever modified by anyone else.  Of course, I can save a copy outside of the scenes I allow our operators can get to and then let them change scenes-that gives me a backup.  My concerns is, if I am gone for a couple services, I really want that baseline to stay the same no matter what.

Is there any way for me to give operators access to a scene/s that they cannot change while still allowing them to save "temporary" scenes?
