Crown Itech Voltage Monitor
« on: June 27, 2021, 08:21:58 PM »

I just pulled three original Crown I-techs, a 6000 and two 8000, out of an install and while going over them, I have noticed two issues.
The on-board voltage monitor on all three read the same but, all are reading 6 volts down from what the service is metering (checked with two different multimeters).  Would this be typical or is there anyway to adjust the monitor settings.  Also, one of the 8000 is going into low voltage protect at a higher voltage.  At 111 volts on the amps, 117 volts metered, the 6000 and one 8000 were working fine, the other 8000 was in low voltage protect and the monitor showed 0 volts.  All three amp seemed to work fine on 115 v on the amps, and 121 volts metered.  Any ideas on that?
