I have been casually considering a parallel inverter set up for a while. But, it appeared that starting about two years ago the availability of the parallel kits for the larger generators dried up.  This seemed to be for all the manufacturers, not just Honda.

The issue was that without some type of load sharing control, one generator would pick up a disproportionate amount of the load and trip out.  They also only supplied 240V power and so required a step-down transformer to provide 120V. These issues were covered in Mike's 1st  LED Talk, "Paralleling Generator ", which is available at https://forums.prosoundweb.com/index.php/topic,150582.msg1380964.html#msg1380964
