I’ve got some old ugly Yorkville‘s that I got used and I need repaint them for an upcoming installation. I want them wait, what kind of paint do you guys recommend? I know there’s that truck bed liner stuff that everyone loves for black, but that’s no good for this.

If you're installing them and not hauling them around, Rustoleum will work just fine.  Allow to dry a week or so and put on moving blankets to haul.

I think I'd try Duratex white. 
Duratex is good paint.  The black can slightly grey over time, and kinda sticks boxes together when stacked and stored. But short of commercial grade stuff, good epoxy, Line-X etc, it's a good budget type choice (in my limited experience).
All that said, I've never used white.

Do you have an electric or pneumatic powered sander?  A DA or dual-action, that oscillates & rotates with a round pad/disc is probably the best - what I would use.  Depending upon what the surface looks like, #60 grit sanding discs to prep it and remove material.

Depending upon how beat up they are, and how nice you want them to look - get some bondo and plastic squeegees to apply it.  Hand sanding block as well.

I wouldn't strip to bare wood as it's not a furniture refinishing project.  Especially if using a textured coating that is applied with a roller.
