Lots of good advice here.  I would suggest a trip to your local Sherwin William Paint store.  They people there are usually pretty knowledgeable and will steer you well.

Follow up.

The talk about powder coating led me to ask my Facebook friends who I knew. Through a conversation - turns out I have a friend who works at a place. He痴 also a musician and soundman. Knew exactly what I needed.  $200 for pro paint of cabinets, and powder coat the grilles.  They池e some 2x18 Yorkvilles fwiw

Given the amount of labor... $200/unit seems pretty reasonable.

1 thing with powder coat.  Too much new material can reduce the ratio of free air to grill and reduce airflow.  Doesn't sound like much but...  there's a whole lotta holes in that perf grill and so the cumulative reduction can be significant ...  something for the powder coated to be aware of if he doesn't do audio regularly...

Most busy powder shops have days where they just run black(s). The marginal cost of running your 4 pieces in minimal. That price is outrageous - and I'm in New York.

$100 a cabinet is basically cost, a killer deal for you - for that price, let them do the work, don't touch them yourself.  Have a look at what they do to ensure it's all legit.  You may want to do some touchup first to the cabinets if they're beat up.
