I don't see that it would apply to equipment/service providers. It seems more aimed at talent and venue management, promotion and ticket sales businesses.

There are still applications being taken for first and second draw PPP loans, and the loan amount is now calculated based on gross income (schedule C, line 7 for sole props) instead of net profit, which makes more people eligible for higher amounts.

There is something called "SVOG FAQs 4-23-21 FINAL.pdf", put out by the U.S. Small Business Administration on that date, and item 21 says:

"21. Are service and support companies that provide stages, lighting, sound, casts, and other support for live performing arts events or which showcase performers or pre-packaged productions to potential buyers eligible to apply for an SVOG?

"No. The Economic Aid Act is designed to assist only those eligible entities identified in the statute. SVOGs are not available for service providers that support eligible entities."

That seems pretty definitive.

pdf not an approved file type to attach, so not sure how to pass it on to you. I would think a search for that document would provide results.
