Welcome to Studer, an Evertz Company
« on: April 07, 2021, 10:47:00 AM »

It seems since Evertz purchased Studer, now what does this mean to us Studer Vista owners? It appears all of my contacts there are gone. Does anyone have any info? there is not much left on the web site https://studer.evertz.com/

thanks
Augie

I am curious about this too. My work has a Vista1 and we've not heard much of anything.

Augie, Paul Shorter has been my contact and he’s listed on the contact page Ike linked to. He taught me how to completely configure a Vista 5 from “Shrek” to use with 300 inputs and 180 outputs for the Clinton Global Initiative annual conference. Those Shrek the Musical screens had to go!

Can now confim Paul, James and rest of the Studer/Evertz folks did an excellent job helping us out. Since this thread happened, our Vista 1 stopped recognizing it's IO cards and DSP processors. They were able to find us parts after the Canadian office didn't have any stock and get them to us ASAP.
Up until recently we were dealing with SC Media, who handled Studer support for us. Was very glad I knew who to be calling when s*** hit the fan.

Thanks Ike, Mac and Augie!
