I still have a huge inventory of these (About 12) and had a failure of one of them.
My local repairman has fixed one channel but the second one is still dead. He has narrowed down to the second is still dead.
He has narrowed it down to a pair of "IRGPC50U INSULATED GATE BIPOLAR TRANSISTOR". I purchased these from a Chinese company on eBay but they were no good

Any pointers to where i could find these? I would prefer online stores and want them shipped to MA USA.
