"We were all born ignorant, some die that way."
That is the truth, and it is not pretty.
Chris.

Being ignorant is our natural state.

Life is a cruel teacher giving us the test first and only then the answers, but we must pay attention to learn.

"We were all born ignorant, some die that way."

I like it

Truth hurts, don't it......  ::)
Chris.

Truth hurts what?

"We were all born ignorant, some die that way."
That is the truth, and it is not pretty.
Chris.

"We were all born ignorant, some die that way" would be considered by most as truth, I view it as truth.  I don't necessarily view it with any regard beyond it's a simple truth - not a good truth or a bad truth, just a truth.

I'm trying to understand your point and it's somewhat of a moving target.  Trying to relate two somewhat different comments within the context of my comment and the discussion here and the question that I posed.

The quote to which I commented is: "We were all born ignorant, some die that way."

My comment was: "I like it"

Your comment was: "Truth hurts, don't it......  ::)"

To which I responded with a question of: "Truth hurts what?"

Your response to the above question:  "We were all born ignorant, some die that way." "That is the truth, and it is not pretty."

Help me understand if you will:  What does the truth hurt?  In the context of this comment "Truth hurts, don't it......  ::)"

Rhetorical question comment maybe and I'm thick headed?  Happened before!!!

Thx!

Back to topic, the GS site isn't one I frequent - just the possible connotation of the name and possible "tone" of the forum it represents are basic warning flags for online behaviors I can do without.  Saw enough of that on the import car modification forums years ago, so just steer clear of that crap.

Steve, let's bury this now.
It huts my sensibilities that so many are ignorant, unwilling to learn, or are just downright stupid.
That's it, that's all.
JR is a lot more eloquent in his vocabulary than I am.
