Please take it easy on this newbie and thanks in advance for your help.

Our church has installed an X32 Compact and I have zero background in running such.    And I have a couple of issues I need help ironing out.

1.  I have some monitors near the front of the church adjacent to the piano and organ (opposite sides of the choir area).  And I'm getting very little sound from them.  I have turned them up as much as possible, but getting very little sound from them.  Can someone help me with how to adjust them?

2.  Also, the monitor near the piano has a hum that comes out when a low key (bass) is pressed on the piano.  It doesn't on the higher keys.  Ideas on this one?

Last, ideas on learning this system?  There are tons of online videos, but most assume I know more than I do.  I need the basics!

Are the AUX outputs powering the Monitors set to "Post Fader"?  If so, and unless you're running faders near Unity, they may not be getting enough gas.  My suggestion is to back everything down and set them to "Pre Fader".

Remember the signal path and check your "Fader Flip" / "Returns on Faders" to make sure only what you want to hear in those monitors is actually being sent.
