Hello all!
Are there any straight forward true 24 channel digital mixers out there?
I see a lot of marketing stuff that says this is a 40 channel or 32 channel etc.  Then when you read a little closer, you find out that it will only do 18, such as the A&H Qu 24.
As an example my 01v96i says it's a 40 channel mixer but for all practical purpose for recording, it's a 16 channel.
I come from analogue where I could plug in 24 microphones, and through an interface and card in the computer I could record 24 channels at once, and then play them all back at once.
My gear is a mac pro high sierra and pro tools 2020, mixer is a 01V96I yamaha.
