Looks like a low-cost product may exist, but with the language barrier, it's not easy to get all the information needed.
There's AES67 and Dante modules with mic or line inputs, available here, for example.

I mean, there's no way it's actually Dante (wrong chips, if nothing else), but...cool! Gonna do some digging on those. Good find!

Edited to add: Okaaay, well, no, maybe some of them do speak "Dante". I'm sure Audinate would be thrilled...

Second edit: for what it's worth, it looks like the item with photos labelled "IP6730" might well be what you're after, inasmuch as it's listed as being "[...] the microphone end module, provides the interface has the headset, microphone, line input and output" and costs around $45. The accompanying photos suggest that it's designed to be mounted into the base of a conference table microphone, so at the very least it should have a mic-level input of some kind.
