Oops. Sound system went down during SCOTUS hearing
« on: October 14, 2020, 02:25:30 PM »

Wow.  The sound system went down for over 30 minutes during SCOTUS hearings.
Someone has egg on their face!  Glad I'm not on the hot seat!

Oops again!  A second loss of audio in the Senate chamber for Sen. Blumenthall. In the first five seconds, and now just as the Senator's red light came on.

Probably so much pure BS overloaded some interfaces.

I watched a few minutes after they got it running, and they should have left the mics off.

At least the chairman made a joke, when they started back up he said to the last questioner who was interrupted by the system going down, that his time had expired.  ;D

So people were prevented from having to listen to a bunch of elitist, self righteous, good for nothing, waste of human flesh, literally cockroaches in human form politicians speak for half an hour? I fail to see how this is a bad thing.
