I happen to be a dealer. . .it's part of the EV/Bosch line card.

I'll let them know. PM me a price?

Ditto on Peavey, add Yamaha EMX to the list.

Why powered mixer?

I didn't ask but I believe simplicity of set up is high on the list of reasons. Older guitarist that calls me every time he has to hook something up. He doesn't understand the limitations of a powered lunchbox ...LOL

Yorkville M810-2 fan noise

Mike,

How is the fan noise on those mixers when running at idle (around a watt or less) levels?

Art

The fan noise is unnoticeable for the most part.

FWIW: I put in a temporary PA (Yorkville M810-2 mixer plus speakers) in my church during the first week of July (it's still in there as of this writing - 3 months!) and it has been used for three services per weekend plus funerals and a confirmation....  It hasn't missed a beat.

The mixer is near the alter. There are several instances during a Catholic Mass where there is complete silence (no music has been allowed since Covid)...  I haven't noticed the fan......and the sanctuary is quite "live".

btw: A new installed 70v system is going in this week.  I had put a temporary rig in when the previously-installed 70v system gave-up-the-ghost after 20+ years.
