What Data Traveler model do you have.

Dunno, it's at the venue. The only drives I have had consistently good luck with on A&H are Sandisk Extreme USB 3.0. They quit making them, and the 3.1 successor does not work. I was frankly astonished when A&H put out the SQ with the same crap USB stack. They have fixed most of the other issues I had with that desk, but it will never have a real time clock or working USB.

Yep the original Sandisk Extreme 3 worked great, slightly better for multitrack recording, I only have two, should have bought more at that time!

So far the Data Traveler models I use all work from about six year old versions to some just purchased a few months ago.

Yes I have 3 of the original Sandisk drives and they are great - however, the Kingston's work just as well for me.

What model Kingston??

The ones I use are the SE9, G4 and the DT50 Data Travelers, the size does not seem to matter.

Those should do it, take them out of the package, plug them into the mixer, hit format and your all set.

I have two gigs for October and one in November!! This Sundays outdoor church event is looking more and more like a rain out based on the forcast, then I down to one!!

I have had great luck in general using a small usb—>sdcard adapter instead of usb-sticks.
