Ike,

I'm still reading, brought back memories of focusing hot pars on a hot summer day 8/28/92, last time I crawled a 40' truss. Wished I had used gloves..

At least we had Jacob's ladders to get up top, climbing Genie towers is tough work.

Thanks for reading. For all the young-un's out there that maybe can't picture what a Genie lift looks like, here's a pic of a pair of them that showed up on a muddy NYE gig I did. The truss would have gone across the pair of forks seen at the top of the photo. Or what would be the top of the photo if I could get the pic to land right  >:(. Maybe someone who's young enough to not know WTF these things are can figure out how to rotate the image...and then maybe walk me across the street  :-[
