This was a splitter built by a friend in the early 80s. The transformers appear to be Whirlwind or whoever made transformers for Whirlwind back in the day. They are riveted to a rack frame and wired to terminal strips with each primary and secondary having about a 12" tail of Belden shielded pair. $100 for the whole thing plus shipping from 20910.
