Another sad tale of trusting a PSW seller. Patrick Sheehan, seller on PSW's Marketplace, offered a ULXD4Q package. I responded, we negotiated a price, I sent the funds to his (wife's) Bank of America account as requested, him claiming previous bad experience with PayPal. Wire transfer confirmed names and home addresses. He acknowledged receipt of funds, agreed to shipment details, now has gone dark to phone calls, emails, texts and PSW messages.
Acknowledging my failure to check more thoroughly, and understanding the low probability of recovering the funds, I filed a small claims warrant in debt here in Virginia, setting a court date for next month, and engaged a Texas private process server to deliver the summons.
