I agree with what the others have said.

I want to add that a lot of people using the P16 miss the master volume control. Hit the Main button on the left the face of the unit (I think it will light up) and then the volume control controls the overall volume of the P16. I have missed that is the past when trying to get enough gain out of them. But I haven’t touched a P16 in at least a year. Depending on your headphones or earbuds the P16 isn’t the loudest thing out there but It sounds like you have some other problem.
I don’t know if you can post a scene here but you can over on the Music groups forum. https://community.musictribe.com/t5/Mixing-Consoles/bd-p/bepc1016

If you have a drop box you could always put a downloaded scene there and post a link to it here. And then one of us that is familiar with the X32 might be able to help you better.

Is it possible that the send/bus is in "post fade"?

This could def be a great help!

Miguel: I agree, it is trying to put a band-aid. I'm at a loss for what the real issue could be? not having issues with any other instruments.

Kevin, Good call out on the master volume w/ P16. That was the first  thing I checked!

Is the problem with this keyboard global to all mixes or just the player of this keyboard?

I operate an X32 console at my church...

Any advice would be great!
