ProCo has a wallet friendly Bluetooth wireless in ear unit coming out - I wouldn't put it on an artist but it may have some utility use for other ninja needs.


Thanks for the heads up on this. It's actually 5.8 wifi and looks like it could be pretty slick in a weekend warrior application. I found one vendor already listing it for $349, which seems like a fair price if it works well. Only 4 channels, so you can't run many of them at the same time. Claimed latency of less than 5.6 ms. I might have to check it out once it's available for purchase. Here's the Proco Link

It looks nice but is it stereo or mono? Mono would be a no go for some.

Good point. Considering it uses a wireless XLR plug as the transmitter, it's surely mono and that is a bummer. It not only kills the prospect of a stereo mix, but also the "more me" dual mono option.

Plus as it's 5.8GHz you won't need many obstacles before it stops working.
