Interesting device that came through here with a lot of other stuff.  Doesn't quite work, but I'm pretty sure it's a DT12 cable tester. Does it look familiar to anybody?  Definitely has that small-company look to the circuit board, right down to the scraped-off chip numbers.

Not a dt12 tester which has connections for both ends... might be half of a dual ended tester.

There's a dummy plug full of resistors.

We have no use for this device, since we don't have any DT12, but I'm just sort of fascinated with it since it sort of represents an older side to the business where small companies made problem solvers like this.
