This sounds cheesy, but have you considered a 2.4 ghz wireless transmitter. Line of sight it should reach just fine. They advertise anywhere from 100 ft up. I would assume that the Tv has RCA inputs and at the computer you could use an Svideo-RCA adaptor. Total cost < $200.

2.4 Ghz wireless TV links are not cheesy.  

They work OK. But keep in mind that frequency band is shared service with BlueTooth, 802.11 WiFi, and many cordless phones.  There is a large chance for interference.
