DiGiCo SD and Solo masters
« on: November 22, 2019, 01:16:29 am »

When strips are used as solo masters on an SD, it seems the strip mutes donít work. Why is that and is there a setting to make them work? The fader works to change th volume of the solo mix, but the mute does nothing for some reason!

I honestly have never tried that! It would be worth asking this question on the Digico FaceBook group - it gets way more traction from Digico users (including Digico tech support who often jump in).

I've been told by others that it's not possible. What a strange decision to ELIMINATE a function that's already standard on the strips?!

I don't use the DiGiCo that often, but every time I do, I have something I want to do, only to find out that it "doesn't do that". For such a capable console, it's funny what simple things they leave out.
