Soundcraft SI Expression 1

Hi - I've got a problem in version 1.7 on my si expression1 , the motorised faders doesn't work as they used to be , they dont move all the way , they can just move for few millimetres , wonder if anyone had this problem before or anyone have schematics for it  , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UrHvZDTCOEc , here's a short video of the console .
