van I have a mixer feed a mixer channel
« on: November 11, 2019, 07:16:04 PM »

I have a sound system through a nature center.. basically a PA system but we also do some music or animal noises.. I would like to allow a band to plug in and broadcast on my speakers.. however I don't really want them messing with the mixer settings..

could I get a small 2nd mixer to allow them to plugin to and control as a single channel from the mixing board..

when we have bands they are small and typically blow out the people close to them and no one can hear in the other rooms.. I want it to be heard but under our terms.. as background music, and certainly don't want them blowing our speaker system out..
