Looking for suggestions for an outdoor system.  Looking at putting on trailer or sled for music at a show park.  Will need to cover a large area.  looking at locating in center and having approximately 120 degrees of coverage.   Maybe around 105-110 dB at 100 feet out.  Also looking into some subs to go along with it. 
I'm curious about how the temperatures would effect the operation?  Were located in central Indiana so would need to work down to 0 or 10 degrees. 
Size and weight are not big issues.

110db at 100 feet out is not a small system outdoors.

As far as cold operation, speakers are usually fairly forgiving in that aspect, so it shouldn't be too much of a concern, as long as you don't move them between hot and cold temperatures quickly.

Cold isn't a big worry, what's your budget?  How accurate or "HiFi" do you want the sound quality? 

Sounds like a great application for Danley. SM80 or SH46 main speakers, depending on SPL and quality, with a handful of TH118 XL subs.  DNA 20K4 amps, and you're good to go; don't forget safely securing them to the trailer.

Let's do a little "math game" here.

Let's use your lower number, 105dB.  We are to "assume" that this is what you would normally read on a standard SPL meter and NOT a peak reading one. Most people don't have peak reading SPL meters (MAX reading is NOT peak), and don't think in terms of peak.

100' is a 30dB loss.  So now you are talking about 135dB SPL (105+30).  However, typical musical peaks are 15dB higher than that.  So you need another 15dB to cover that.  So now we are up to 150dB peak capability needed.

That is not exactly "trivial".

You either need to state your budget or reconsider your REALISTIC expectations of what you want the system to do.

You provide music for ice fishing festivals ?  Snowball fights ?

I might worry more about the proper operation of the attendees at 0-10 degrees
