Not really passive, could devise a circuit that converts phantom power for use tho?

The SSM2165 looks like it has too much current drain for phantom power.  The SSM2167 could work though.


That passive circuit looks like it might work in a similar way to diode keying for electronic organs.

I donít have a 1-knob unit, but I always have one of my FMR Audio Really Nice Compressor units in my bag for simple corpy work.

Funny enough, the Shark is actually well reviewed and could be a handy tool for other purposes (ie. for delay speakers). The FMR unit looks to be hard to get up here in Canada. ...

Bob, Whereabouts in Canada are you? I have a Shark that needs a new home.
