Help identifying ancient 12 pin dimmer socket.

Hey, I'm new to the forum. Been reading for a while but never posted before!

I have a high school lighting system (house lights) that is not controlled with dmx, but some sort of 12 pin socket using relays or something. I'd like to relocate the controller without modifying the existing socket or cable to the board. So basically I want to create an extension cable but I need to see if I can even get this connector type anymore.

You have been given the answer to the connector type and where to buy some.
If they are dimmable they were not using relays but were using a variable voltage, typically 0-10v.
