Lake Controller software error message

Hi all! I'm trying to set up the Lake Controller software on a couple computers. It works fine on some of them, but I keep getting an error message on others. The error says "A sever internal problem occurred, it it possible the disk is full? The log file will be closed and further logging is disabled. It's recommended that you save your work, shut down and restart. Please take note of the extended information below and contact Lab.gruppen for support. [Extended information a1:22]"

The disk is nowhere close to full on any of these machines, so that isn't the problem. I've tried restarting and all the usual windows troubleshooting steps. I was just curious if anyone had ever seen this particular error before?
